Ordering

Where is my order?

Please visit our Track orders page. You will need the tracking number found in your confirmation email to locate your SEYER package. If you need some assistance with finding your tracking number, please reach out to hello@seyer-official.com.

How does pre-order work?

For special collections and limited edition colorways, pre-order is available. Items that are pre-ordered will be reserved and shipped as soon as they are ready. Estimated shipping information can be found at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please get in touch with Client Services by emailing hello@seyer-official.com and they will assist you. Be sure to include your order number in any email correspondence.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please contact our Client Services at hello@seyer-official.com and visit our Shipping & Returns page to read our full returns policy and learn how to process a return. 

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course. Please contact our Client Services team by emailing hello@seyer-official.com for more information. They will be more than happy to help you give the gift of SEYER.

How do I return an item?

I am expecting a refund. How long does it take?

Refunds will occur after the returned items have been verified. This could take up to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase and will be in the same currency.

Maintenance & Care

How do I take care of my SEYER?

To keep your leather in pristine condition, avoid contact with any liquids, including hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up and perfume. Avoid exposure to direct lighting and keep SEYER accessories well away from sources of heat. Further instructions can be found on an item's individual product page. 

How do I clean my SEYER?

Light scratches can be gently massaged away with a soft, dry cloth. If staining occurs, we highly recommend using a professional leather cleaning service.

Do SEYER items come with guarantees?

We do not have a guarantee service, however all SEYER items are handcrafted in Italy to the highest standard, and with the correct care should last for many years.

All of our pieces are handmade from calf leather by skilled artisans in Tuscany, Italy.
