Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We currently ship to the Europe and the US.
All SEYER orders arrive gift wrapped in our signature presentation box.
After placing an order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once an order has been dispatched we will email over confirmation and a tracking number.
This number can be used on our tracking page to find out exactly where an order is. Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipping.
A signature will be required on arrival. Then it’s yours.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, SEYER items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Simply fill out our returns form, or login to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section.
After filling out our form:
- Put the items you wish to return back in the original order box. Include all packaging and accessories, dispatch notes, security tags and stickers.
- Make sure the return box is safely sealed.
- Attach a return label to the outside of the box.
- Call a courier to organize pickup within 14 days.
There is no extra charge for return shipments if you use our courier service. If you wish to use an alternative courier you will have to pay for shipment at your own expense. In that instance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
SEYER returns policy
All items being returning must be:
- In brand new, unused original condition, with all tags, security seals, packaging and accessories included
- Returned within 14 days from delivery of the order
- Handed to courier within 14 days
- Returned from the original shipping region/ country
Refunds will occur after the returned items have been verified. This could take up to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase and will be in the same currency. Personalized items are excluded from our returns policy. Customs & Regulations
In very rare cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package. This may delay the estimated delivery time. Please be aware, in this case you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
